Intuitive Reiki Healing

These studio sessions offer intuitive, energy-based healing in person with Denise. Every session includes focused Usui Reiki on the treatment table, helping to clear energetic debris and restore your chakra system.

The Comprehensive Intuitive Reiki session is ideal for first-time clients or those seeking deeper intuitive insight. They include time for conversation and connection before service time, treatment table time with intuitive messages, then personalized post-session debriefing time. Typically 2 to 3 hours total service time.

The Hour Energetic Reiki reset session is recommended for returning clients looking for the treatment table time reset without extended guidance.
Each session is guided by your energy and supported confidentiality.
Intuitive Equine Reiki Healing
120 min
These unique healing sessions are co-facilitated by Denise and Teena at the peaceful Serenity Farm and Stables in Watertown, Minnesota. Together with the gentle and intuitive presence of the horses, you will receive heart-centered Intuitive Reiki energy healing guided by both human and animal wisdom.

Each session includes a grounding intake, optional homeopathic support, and dedicated Intuitive Reiki time in the private arena environment. There is also time afterward for reflection and integration.
The 3 horses play an active, spirit-led role in your healing and offer a deeply connective and sacred experience.
Energetic Space Cleaning
120 min +
Energetic Space Clearing brings intuitive energy work and spiritual renewal to your home, office, or land. Using intentional and compassionate practices, Denise will support the release of stagnant or disruptive energy and help restore a sense of clarity, balance, and harmony.

Whether you are settling into a new space, noticing tension or imbalance in your environment, or simply feeling called to energetically reset, this offering is designed to support you and your surroundings with care.

Each session is uniquely guided by the needs of the environment and those who inhabit it. This service is available throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Travel beyond the metro is available by special request and may include an additional fee.
Sessions may not be recorded to preserve their sacred nature.

Distance Healing & Reiki Class
Energy knows no bounds, and these remote sessions bring healing to you wherever you are. Through guided energetic connection, intuitive insights, and personalized follow-up, these offerings provide meaningful support and transformation without the need for travel.
​Intuitive Distance Reiki Healing
90 min
Reiki and intuitive energetic healing are not limited by physical space. These distance sessions allow Denise to step into your energy field remotely, offering the same depth of care, healing, and guidance as in-person work.
​
During your scheduled session time, you will be invited into a relaxed meditative state from the comfort of your own space at the same time Denise works from her healing studio. Energy is channeled through all chakras to support clearing, rebalancing, and spiritual insight.
​
After energy work is complete, Denise will call you for a live debrief (via phone) to share her observations, energetic messages, and answer any questions. Additionally, after session has ended all notes and animal messages will be emailed to client.

Each session is sacred, and held in care and confidentiality.
Usui Reki Level 1 Certification
Two Days, approximately 6 hours each
This intimate Usui Reiki Level 1 Certification class is designed for small groups of two to four students, allowing for personalized attention, comfort, and deep energetic work.

Who This Class Is For
This training welcomes anyone who feels curious or called to learn about Reiki.
No prior experience is required.
Once attuned, Reiki becomes a lifelong tool for personal healing and a gentle way to support loved ones, including pets. Students may use Reiki daily, occasionally, or simply when needed; the connection remains forever.

Animal Communication Reiki
60 min
Animals are deeply intuitive beings, rich in emotional and spiritual wisdom. Through Intuitive Animal Communication Reiki, Denise connects with the energy of your beloved animal, whether living or in spirit, to offer healing, clarity, and messages from their soul.

This session combines the power of distance Reiki with Denise’s intuitive gift for channeling animal communication. With compassion and care, she attunes to your animal’s energy field, offering insights into their emotional or physical well-being, soul messages, and guidance for your connection. These sessions can be especially supportive during times of transition, illness, grief, or simply to deepen your understanding of the bond you share.

All communication and healing is done remotely, allowing your animal to remain in their familiar environment. A written summary of the messages and energetic insights will be sent to you following the session.​
