Guided Group Meditation with our Reiki Master - May 11, 2019

This meditation class allows us to gather with each other and to be nurtured by the source flow for Harmony and Balance.

For those who are new, please bring a blanket or yoga mat and wear comfy clothes.

The meditation begins by gently shaking off the energetic "debris" of daily life. Then we have a quiet 10 min period for each of us to move in our own space as our body desires. Being more free and relaxed, we settle into a group intention and the meditation period. You will feel lighter, refreshed and more balanced with your Selves and able to access your evolved power.

Everyone will be sent a universal intuitively channeled message the following morning. This is a powerful message from spirit guides on greater meaning and value of our collective meditation experience.

We look forward to sharing this sanctuary time with you as the wonderful group we are! And it's fun!!
